Problem with Acronis Cloud Backup has me scared

I am investigating a problem with Acronis Cloud Backup where the problem is that the server becomes not available. The pattern I see that is also reported by other users is that this happens shortly after the customer upgrades their service and then attempts to do a restore. It has me scared. I do have redundant offline backup systems but this Acronis service was intended to be my primary source to restore work lost to any short-term disaster. I have critical data at risk and this causes me to reconsider my entire backup plan. “The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later. date: April 26, 2014, 14:33:10 (UTC)”. All I know for sure is that I can’t get to my data right now.
