2017 Trends in health insurance enrollment

These past few weeks at Freedom Benefits I’ve noticed an increase in enrollment related activity of health insurance enrollments for immigrants. I can’t explain that. and I do not know if it is related to recent political news.

With the deadline for HRA plan setup approaching on March 30, I am receiving more calls and in some cases multiple calls from the same business for setting up HRAs. But one of those have resulted in orders for a $150 setup service.

Qualified health insurance enrollments are rare. A large insurance enrollment partner firm said they have only handled 2 in 2017 so far. The same firm reported that multiple product enrollments have soared. For example an average enrollment may include a mini-med plan, telemedicine, and dental insurance.
