- Open QuickBooks Online.
- Click on the Gear Icon in upper right corner of screen
- Select “Manage Users”
- Click on “Accounting firms” tab
- Select “Invite”
- Type “Tony Novak” at email address “proadvisor@tonynovak.com”
- Click “Save”.
