Q: The Value Health insurance
application says I can enroll by fax but this only accepts payment by
check. Do I have to follow-up by mail?
A: Most people check the "Monthly
draft" payment option and attach a voided check to the application.
This is all that is needed. No check or mailed copy is required. Just
remember to put an e-mail address on the application or a cover sheet
for a confirmation of your enrollment. If you apply before the 20th of
the month, coverage starts on the 1st of the following month.
