Q: I am in the process of finding short term medical coverage for myself and my daughter. While looking at your website I went through the seven questions asked to qualify. I was able to answer no to all except the last question about US residency. We have been residing overseas and are now coming stateside. Our coverage here does not extend to the states. Will we be denied coverage because of this?
A: Yes, U.S. short term health insurance is meant for U.S. residents. Citizenship is usually not a consideration. A better insurance option for you is probably "Liaison International" that is meant for this specific purpose. See more information at http://FreedomBenefits.net/international-health-insurance.htm
