Best prescription drug coverage is not insurance

Q: Can I get prescription drug
insurance without medical insurance?
A: No this coverage is not
available and even it it was available, it would not cover the cost of
pre-existing prescriptions. The best alternative is a prescription
discount plan that uses a flat dollar amount of coinsurance like $10 or
$20 for most prescriptions. See details for The Competitor Rx-Pay Card
online. This plan can be used immediately with the prescriptions you
already use. This is a discount plan and not an insurance plan, but the
value for the cost is likely better than an insurance policy. This plan
can be combined with any major medical insurance or supplemental
insurance policy.
