Q: When does Medicare actually
start covering prescription drugs and how does it work?
A: Millions of Americans could
have their health care and finances improved with assistance from the
new Medicare prescription drug program starting January 2006 but few
people understand how this program works. With initial enrollment date
less than four months away, a number of large organizations including
AARP, drug store chains, Wal-Mart and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have
joined forces to provide public education about the program. Benefits
