Q: Can I really get $250,000 life insurance without any medical exam or blood test?
A: Yes, but this amount is available only if you have taken a mortgage within the past two years and can answer "no" to the four medical questions on the application. If you do not have a new mortgage, then you qualify for only $100,000 insurance without any exam or medical test. If you have a medical condition that precludes regular life insurance, you may still qualify for an accidental death and disability type policy that does not cover a death for medical reasons but provides protection for travel-related and other fatal accidents. Either type of coverage can be applied for online with coverage issued within a few days. Smaller amounts of coverage can be issued even faster. Guarantee Trust Life and Globe Life are both reliable sources of fairly priced non-medical coverage.
