A: See

listing of both the regular loans with “points” and the true “no-load”
rates from Thornburg Mortgage. It is possible to apply directly online
by yourself, but it helps to have financial statements prepared by an
accountant, especially if this is a securities-backed loan. This
service is available through OnlineAdviser and the cost of this service
may be reimbursed by the lender.
