Q: How long does it take to get
life insurance issued? I need proof of insurance for a business loan
closing.
A: Typically the online policies
are issued in about 24 hours, but same business day issue is possible.
A paper application takes about two weeks. When immediate coverage is
required for a loan closing, an agent can issue a temporary insurance
certificate that is usually acceptable to the creditor.
