Q: Do you handle Roth 401(k) plans?
A: Yes, my service provided through Freedom Benefits Association provides advisory support in all 50 states and DC for all types of small business employee benefit plans including the new Roth 401(k) plan option. Although the Roth 401(k) option was legally available on January 1, most companies have only recently begun offering this to customers). If you have an existing plan 401(k) an amendment to the plan document is required. Freedom Benefits no longer prepares 401(k) plan documents because most other financial firms offer this service for free as part of an administrative package. Investment advisory and other services for the employer and employees are available through Freedom Benefits. See Retirementdesigns.com for inexpensive small business 401(k) programs. This service is provided by my brother John Novak, one of the nation's leaders in small business 401(k) plans. Freedom Benefits is an independent Registered Investment Adviser not otherwise associated with Retirementdesigns.com.
