Tax update for HRA health plans

Q: I was perusing your web pages
when I saw what looks like an out of date document which might affect
our consideration of an HRA implementation. When are you going to
update your "Tax Update For Consumer-driven Health Plans"? The current
version carries a date of 6/15/04.
A: The article was updated today.
The updates are largely for improved readability of the article; there
have been few significant changes to tax issues regarding HRA health
plans since 2004. Recent IRS pronouncements have focused on
clarifications of previous positions rather than address unresolved
issues.
