This month I took a fresh look at QuickBooks Self-employed version. As much as I want to endorse and offer this platform for self-employed individuals, I can not. The simple reason is that Intuit does not support this product under the same platform as other QuickBooks products. I find the support to be inefficient, unprofessional and inadequate. Sure, it is cheap at $5 per month wholesale. But I can’t rest my professional reputation on a product with an unresolved history of letting me and my clients down. As of this month it appears that those concerns have not been addressed.
