Payment is accepted in almost any format – cash, check, credit card, debit card, ACH, Venmo (@Novak-Tony), Paypal (paypal.me/tonynovak) or Zelle.
The most consistently reliable secure and low cost method is QuickBooks Payments system. The secure web link that I would include in an email to you is https://connect.intuit.com/pay/tonynovakcpa.
Single payment – you simply click on the live link on the invoice I send and fill in banking information. We prefer a bank debit card for lower fees but please let me know if you want to pay by credit card and I will reformat the invoice to allow credit card payment.
Recurring payment – Please fill out and return an AuthorizationForm for Tony Novak CPA. The secure client portal is available for this purpose or you may choose another method of transmittal. (Some clients prefer taxt). You may stop the recurring payments at any time. Please just give a little advance warning so that I can log on and cancel the next and future automated transactions.
