First week in Pennsylvania

"A high station in life is earned by the gallantry with which appalling experiences are survived with grace." – Tennessee Williams

It has been a week since I returned home to PA. I challenged and overcame my fears about going to prison in order to at least temporarily resolve my legal problems. There is some feeling of relief in addressing the world and the creator (like Lieutenant Dang on the ship mast in Forrest Gump) and saying "Here I am; do what you will with me; I am no longer afraid". Lori was a great help but it was difficult for her and her boys. The most encouraging part was the welcome and support I received around the neighborhood, at the Narberth Post Office, on Haverford Avenue and Main Street and at the coffee shop at La Columbe. Many people knew what was going on with me, voiced their support and welcomed me back.
