It seems my rural towns are opposite of the trend. We thought we qualified for federal disaster relief, but funding never arrived. Death rates were high among the already older and unhealthy workers. I lost five key people in my daily circle. Looting and vandalism hit the closed businesses hard. Most businesses here remain closed today still seeking people and a source of reopening funds.
