NJ Shellfish law reform proposal

Nobody becomes an environmental advocate while expecting to maintain popularity in their own community. I fear that BaySave’s new shellfish law reform proposal is likely to trigger hostility within my community with many low income residents that depend on the “old ways” that have depleted the bay.
